Printed Rigid Boxes Online treats a rigid box as a printing job first. We put your design on wrap paper in CMYK or Pantone, check the sheet against the approved proof, and only then wrap it over greyboard to make the box.

That order matters because the wrap is the part your customer sees. Sharp type, even solids and colour that matches from the lid to the base are what make a rigid box look expensive.

What we print

• Outside wraps in full colour, spot colour or both.
• Inside linings and trays printed to match or to contrast.
• Foil, embossing and spot UV added to the sheet before it is wrapped.

From file to finished box

Send a size and quantity and we return a price with a free dieline. Place your artwork or let our designers do it, approve the digital proof, and the boxes are printed and wrapped in 7–10 business days. Delivery in the USA is free and takes 3–5 business days. No minimum order.
