Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Printed Rigid Boxes Online through printedrigidboxes.online or by quote. By ordering you agree to them.

1. Quotes and prices

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the size, quantity, material and print you describe. A change to any of these can change the price. Prices are in US dollars.

2. Artwork and proofs

Nothing goes to print without your written approval of a digital proof. Please check wording, placement, colour and dimensions carefully, because approval is final. By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to use it.

3. Payment

Shop orders on this website are settled by cash on delivery. For quoted work we issue an invoice, payable before the job goes into production.

4. Production and delivery

Production takes 7–10 business days from proof approval; rush production takes 5 business days. Delivery within the USA is free and takes 3–5 business days. These times are estimates, and we are not liable for carrier delays. Quantities may vary slightly from the amount ordered, as is normal in printing.

5. Returns, reprints and refunds

We do not take back custom printed goods. See the Returns & Refunds page for reprints and refunds; it is included in these terms.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel without charge before approving the proof. Approved orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of liability

The most we can be liable for is the price paid for the order concerned. Indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or a missed deadline, is excluded.

8. This website

Pictures on the site illustrate what we can make and are not a promise of an identical result. All text and images are owned by Printed Rigid Boxes Online and may not be reused without consent.

9. Governing law

The laws of the United States, and of the state where Printed Rigid Boxes Online is registered, apply to these terms.

10. Changes

If we revise these terms, the revision applies to orders placed after it is published here.
